ORDER

The record was due September 21, 2017. When it was not filed, we notified court reporter Jennifer Corley by postcard dated September 22, 2017 that the record was overdue and instructed her to file the reporter's record within thirty days. In response, Ms. Corley informed the Court that appellant had not paid or made arrangements to pay for the reporter's record.

By letter dated October 3, 2017, appellant informed the Court he has made arrangements to pay for the reporter's record. In light of this, we ORDER court reporter Jennifer Corley to file the complete reporter's record in this appeal within THIRTY DAYS of the date of this order.
