ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

By Order issued October 31, 2023, the Court directed petitioner to file either: (1) a Motion to Add Small Tax Case Designation, or (2) a Request for Place of Trial selecting a city available for trials in regular cases. Petitioner did not submit either of these documents, nor did he file any other response to the Court's Order.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the place of trial for any proceedings held in this case shall be changed to Kansas City, Missouri, which would appear to be the closest city where trials in regular cases are heard.
