DECISION PURSUANT TO RULE 1:28

The judgment which entered on the defendants' motion for summary judgment is vacated. The order denying the plaintiff's motion for reconsideration is reversed. That part of the judgment which entered in favor of the defendants on the plaintiff's claim of retaliatory discrimination and constructive discharge is affirmed. The judgment on the plaintiff's claim alleging gender discrimination is vacated, and the matter is remanded to the Superior Court for further proceedings consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court.
