YOSMEL DURAN & LEYANYS GARAY DURAN, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent
ORDER
Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge
On May 16, 2024, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision. Because of typographical errors, the Court is unable to enter the proposed decision document as currently drafted. Specifically, in both the caption on the first page and throughout the stipulations on the second page, petitioners are incorrectly referred to in the singular as "petitioner."
In addition, in the Petition filed to commence this case, petitioners' names are written as "Yosmel Duran & Leyanys Garay Duran." However, in both the caption on first page and signature block on the second page of the Proposed Stipulated Decision, petitioner Leyanys Garay Duran's name is written as "Leyany Garay Alonso."
Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before May 31, 2024, the parties shall file a revised proposed stipulated decision.
