On October 11, 2023, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction due to petitioner's failure to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee in this case, and this case was closed. On October 10, 2023, petitioner filed an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee; due to inadvertent clerical error, this filing was not uploaded into DAWSON until October 17, 2023.

Upon due consideration of the above, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered October 11, 2023, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Application for Waiver of Filing Fee is granted.
