MEMORANDUM OPINION

This appeal has been pending since April 19, 2006. By separate letters dated April 24, 2006, this Court directed appellant to pay the $125 filing fee and to file a docketing statement. Both were due within ten days. The letters warned that failure to do so could result in dismissal of the appeal. Neverthless, to date, appellant has not paid the filing fee, filed a docketing statement, or otherwise communicated with the Court regarding the appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.3(c).
