WRIT GRANTED. The trial court erred in granting leave of court to plaintiff to amend his petition to add allegations against defendants, Cathy and Wesley Tauzin, on February 6, 2018. The trial court signed a judgment on November 13, 2017 granting summary judgment and dismissing all claims against defendants Cathy and Wesley Tauzin. See Templet v. Johns, 417 So.2d 433, 435 (La. App. 1st Cir. 1982); Rainey v. Entergy Gulf States, Inc., 2001-2414 (La. App. 1st Cir. 11/8/02), 840 So.2d 586, 589, on reh'g, 2001-2414 (La. App. 1st Cir. 6/25/04), 885 So.2d 1193, writ denied, 2004-1878 (La. 11/15/04), 887 So.2d 478. Accordingly, the February 6, 2018 judgment granting plaintiff's Opposed Motion and Incorporated Memorandum for Leave to File Second Supplemental and Amending Petition for Damages, is reversed. Plaintiff's Opposed Motion and Incorporated Memorandum for Leave to File Second Supplemental and Amending Petition for Damages is denied.
