ORDER

PER CURIAM

The Claimant, Tai Duong, appeals pro se from the decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission ("the Commission") denying his application for pandemic unemployment assistance under the federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act after he was furloughed from his seasonal employment November 1, 2019. Finding no error, we affirm the Commission's decision.

An opinion would have no precedential value. The parties have been provided with a memorandum, for their information only, setting forth the reasons for this decision.

The decision of the Commission is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
