This case is calendared for trial at the Los Angeles, California, trial session of the Court that is scheduled to begin on February 28, 2022. On January 28, 2022, the parties filed a joint motion to remand. In that motion, the parties request that the Court remand this case to respondent's Office of Appeals for a supplemental hearing. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's February 28, 2022, Los Angeles, California, trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that the parties' joint motion to remand filed January 28, 2022, is granted, and this case is remanded to respondent's Office of Appeals for a supplemental hearing in accordance with the terms set forth in the joint motion to remand. It is further

ORDERED that the supplemental hearing shall take place (or teleconference, if preferable) at a reasonable and mutually agreed upon date and time, but no later than May 2, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall file a joint report regarding the status of this case on or before June 3, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
