DERRIAN K. DUNN, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

From the 54th District Court

McLennan County, Texas

Trial Court No. 2012-1002-C2

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Derrian K. Dunn attempts to appeal from a motion for bond reduction. By letter dated July 12, 2012, the Clerk of this Court notified Dunn that the appeal was subject to dismissal because there was not a final appealable order from the trial court. The Clerk also warned Dunn that the appeal would be dismissed unless, within 21 days of the date of the letter, a response was filed showing grounds for continuing the appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 44.3. Dunn has not filed a response showing grounds for continuing the appeal.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.
