Jefferson S. DUNN, Commissioner, Alabama Department of Corrections, applicant, v. Vernon MADISON.


Application to vacate the stay of execution of sentence of death entered by the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit on May 12, 2016, presented to Justice THOMAS by him referred to the Court, is denied.

The CHIEF JUSTICE, Justice KENNEDY, Justice THOMAS, and Justice ALITO would grant the application to vacate the stay of execution.
