Appeal from the Circuit Court No. 2 of Baltimore City (O'DUNNE and DICKERSON, JJ.).
Suit for divorce by Walter K. Dunn against Mary Margaret Dunn, wherein defendant filed a cross-bill for an injunction and other relief against the plaintiff and the Calvert Bank. From a decree dismissing the original bill and cross-bill, Walter K. Dunn and Mary Margaret Dunn separately appeal. From an order after the decree directing Walter K. Dunn to pay a counsel fee and alimony pendente lite, Walter K. Dunn appeals.
Decree reversed in part and affirmed in part and cause remanded. Order affirmed.
