Respondents having cross-moved to adjourn the appeal taken from the order entered July 1, 2014,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Kevin T. Stocker, Esq., sworn to December 4, 2014, the affirmation of Katie L. Renda, Esq., dated December 30, 2014, and the notices of motion and cross motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that appellant's motion is denied, and

It is further ORDERED that respondents' cross motion is granted, and the appeal taken from the order entered July 1, 2014, is removed from the calendar for the term of this Court commencing April 6, 2015, and added to the calendar for the term commencing September 8, 2015.
