ORDER

Because the application for waiver of the Court's filing fee received September 30, 2022, did not establish that petitioner was unable to pay the fee, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's application is denied. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall pay the Court's filing fee is extended to October 25, 2022. Instructions for how to pay the fee electronically can be found on the Court's website. Failure to pay the fee by October 25, 2022, will result in the denial of petitioner's motion to vacate.
