By Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered August 11, 2022, this case was dismissed because petitioner did not pay the Court's $60 filing fee. On August 23, 2022, the Court received a letter from petitioner. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced document is recharacterized as petitioner's Motion to Vacate. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before September 29, 2022, petitioner shall either pay the Court's filing fee or submit an application for waiver of the fee. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall attach to this Order a copy of the application for waiver of the filing fee.

Petitioner's motion shall be held in abeyance.
