Action to recover moneys allegedly owed for services rendered to the defendant, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven, where the defendant filed a counterclaim; thereafter, the matter was tried to the court, Schaller, J.; judgment for the defendant on the complaint and for the plaintiff on the counterclaim, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
