ORDER
On order of the Court, the motions for immediate consideration are GRANTED. The application for leave to appeal the November 9, 2023 and November 15, 2023 orders of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court. The motions for stay of proceedings and motion for writ of quo warranto are DENIED.
Cavanagh, J. (concurring).
I concur in the order denying leave. I note that in Wayne Circuit Case No. 23-105109-DC, dismissal is without prejudice to the filing of a delayed application for leave to appeal the November 7, 2023 default judgment/order of custody and support under MCR 7.205(A)(4), provided that such a filing meets all requirements under the court rules and is not time-barred.
