Duncan v. Thompson

1 Citing case

  1. Hunt Production Co. v. Burrage

    104 S.W.2d 84 (Tex. Civ. App. 1937)   Cited 12 times
Noting that court is charged with duty and clothed with power and exclusive jurisdiction to enforce its judgments is axiomatic, and it may issue all necessary process and employ suitable methods, legal or equitable, to accomplish that end

In such cases there are grounds for the appointment of a receiver, and a service for him to render. The same thing was done in Duncan v. Thompson et al. (Tex. Civ. App.) 29 S.W.2d 441; Id. (Tex.Com.App.) 44 S.W.2d 904, which was a suit to terminate the partnership and liquidate the partnership assets.
