Appeal from Superior Court, City and County of San Francisco; Daniel C. Deasy, Judge.

An action was commenced by W. F. Dunn and others against the Standard Accident Insurance Company in which they recovered a judgment. Thereafter they assigned the judgment to A. Don Duncan. An execution issued under a judgment entered in another case was levied on the judgment debt owing by defendant, and Duncan filed a purported third party claim, and from an order granting a motion for an order directing the clerk to enter a satisfaction of judgment, Duncan appeals.

Affirmed.
