On August 21, 2024, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that the petition was not properly executed by petitioners. On September 6, 2024, petitioners filed a Ratification of Petition.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered on August 21, 2024, is hereby vacated and set aside.
