DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for order directing pro hac vice admission of Elbert Lin, Esq., an attorney admitted in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and Trevor Cox, Esq., an attorney admitted in the Commonwealth of Virginia, pursuant to section 520.1 (a) of the Rules of the Court of Appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and Elbert Lin, Esq. and Trevor Cox, Esq. are admitted pro hac vice for the purpose of representing the Chamber of Commerce of the United States of America as amicus curiae upon the appeal.
