Appeal pursuant to Fla.R.App.P. 9.140(i) from the Circuit Court for Manatee County; Peter A. Dubensky, Judge.

PER CURIAM.

Ernest T. Dunbar appeals his sentence imposed pursuant to the 1995 sentencing guidelines. The offenses occurred on May 21, 1996. We remand this case to the trial judge to reconsider this sentence. See Smith v. State, 25 Fla. L. Weekly D1273 (Fla. 2d DCA May 24, 2000).
