After Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court

KELLUM, Judge.

In accordance with the Alabama Supreme Court's opinion in Ex parte Dunaway, 198 So.3d 567 (Ala.2014), we reverse the Barbour Circuit Court's judgment denying Larry Dunaway's petition for postconviction relief filed pursuant to Rule 32, Ala. R.Crim. P., and remand this case to the circuit court for proceedings consistent with the supreme court's opinion.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
