This case is calendared for a remote document subpoena hearing at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on February 15, 2023.

On January 20, 2023, respondent filed a motion for document subpoena hearing. By order dated January 25, 2023, the Court granted respondent's motion and scheduled this case for hearing on the status of the case at a Washington, D.C., special hearing session of the Court to be conducted remotely at a date and time certain of 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, February 15, 2023.

On February 7, 2023, respondent filed a status report. In that status report, respondent represents that the parties have reached a basis for settlement. Consequently, respondent requests that the Court strike this case for hearing from the Court's February 15, 2023, special hearing session.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the special hearing session of the Court scheduled commence on Wednesday, February 15, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time).
