ORDER


Pending before the court in the above captioned case are motions to dismiss by defendants Chase, MERS, and Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. The court has set discovery and motion cut-off, pretrial conference, and trial dates, which are no longer practicable given the court's delay in ruling on the pending motions to dismiss. Accordingly, the court ORDERS as follows:

[1] The dates currently set for discovery and motion cut-offs, the pretrial conference, and trial are vacated.
[2] A new scheduling conference will be held within 30 days of the court's ruling on the pending motions to dismiss.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
