Pending before the Court is Christopher C. Kirk's Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, filed December 7, 2023. By the Motion Mr. Kirk seeks to withdraw as counsel for petitioners in this case. On December 15, 2023, Mr. Kirk filed a First Supplement thereto.

Upon due consideration, and there being no objection to the granting of the Motion, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, as supplemented, is granted, and Christopher C. Kirk is withdrawn as counsel for petitioners in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve copies of this Order on petitioner Melissa Singer Dumars and petitioner Jason Dumars at the mailing addresses listed for each in the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel and First Supplement to Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, respectively.
