Opinion

No. 98-4005.

Opinion filed June 30, 1999. Rehearing Denied August 9, 1999.

An appeal from the Circuit Court for Escambia County, Michael Jones, Judge.

Jerry G. Dukes, pro se.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, Laura Fullerton Lopez, Assistant Attorney General, Tallahassee, for Appellee.

We affirm the denial of appellant's post-conviction motion, because the record demonstrates that the written habitual offender sentence did conform to the trial court's oral pronouncement.

ERVIN, WOLF and WEBSTER, JJ., CONCUR.
