Action by plaintiff wife to recover damages for personal injuries, and by plaintiff husband for expenses and loss of services. Judgment in favor of plaintiffs, and order denying defendant's motion to set aside the judgment and for a new trial on the ground of newly discovered evidence, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
