For the reasons stated in the companion case of Dugas v. W.R. Cason, 524 So.2d 1248 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1988), in which a separate decision is being rendered by us this day, the judgment of the trial court granting Dugas' motion to strike is reversed and remanded.

All costs of this appeal are assessed to the appellee, Ernest G. Dugas.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
