Dufour v. Seymour

Court of Appeal of California, First District, Division One
Aug 24, 1929
100 Cal.App. 434 (Cal. Ct. App. 1929)

Opinion

Docket No. 7004.

August 24, 1929.

PROCEEDING in Certiorari to review an order of the Industrial Accident Commission denying compensation for injuries. Writ denied.

The facts are stated in the opinion of the court.

Fabian D. Brown and Wm. B. Hornblower for Petitioner.

G.C. Faulkner for Respondents.

THE COURT.

[1] The testimony in the above-entitled matter seems to present a substantial conflict upon the question of whether or not the petitioner was injured in the course of his employment; and in that state of the record the finding of the respondent commission is controlling. The application for the writ is, therefore, denied upon that ground.
