On November 10, 2022, the parties electronically filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision and a Settlement Stipulation. Upon review of the settlement stipulation, the Court notes that the Statement of Account (Form 3623) referenced in the settlement stipulation was not attached.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that the Settlement Stipulation filed November 10, 2022, is hereby stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 28, 2022, respondent shall file a revised Settlement Stipulation.
