ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered August 18, 2022, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner is directed to file a proper amended petition complying with the Court's Rules of Practice and Procedure is extended to September 30, 2022. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the dismissal of this case or other action as the Court deems appropriate.
