Action for the dissolution of a marriage and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Middlesex and referred to Hon. Raymond E. Baldwin, state trial referee; judgment dissolving the marriage and granting certain other relief; thereafter, Hon. Harry W. Edelberg, state trial referee, denied the motions for contempt filed by both parties, and the plaintiff appealed to this court. No error.

Bruce A. Fontanella filed a brief for the appellant (plaintiff).

William J. Tracy, Jr., and William J. Eddy filed a brief for the appellee (defendant).


We have thoroughly reviewed the records and briefs filed in this matter and, having afforded the plaintiff's claims of error the appropriate scope of review, we conclude that there is no merit to those claims.
