Order granting plaintiff's motion to examine the defendant before trial and directing production of its records for use upon the examination, pursuant to section 296 of the Civil Practice Act, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. Examination to be had upon ten days' notice. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Carswell, Johnston, Sneed and Wenzel, JJ., concur.
