An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 11, 2017, And defendants-appellants having moved for a stay of enforcement of the order pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of continuing the stay granted by the order of a Justice of this Court, dated October 16, 2017, on condition defendants-appellants perfect their appeal on or before January 29, 2018 for the April 2018 Term.
