MEMORANDUM OPINION


The Court has before it appellees' motion to dismiss appeal. In the motion, which is unopposed, appellees state that the issues before the Court have become moot because appellees voluntarily gave appellant the relief it was seeking from this Court. We grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(2).
