Shariece L. Canady, St. Joseph, for respondent.

Before Division One: Lisa White Hardwick, Presiding Judge, Alok Ahuja and Mark D. Pfeiffer, Judges

D.S., a juvenile, appeals from the circuit court's finding of delinquency for what would have been third-degree assault against a domestic victim if tried as an adult. Upon review of the briefs and the record, we find no error and affirm the judgment of the circuit court by written order pursuant to Rule 84.16(b). We have provided the parties with a Memorandum explaining the reasons for our decision.

AFFIRMED.
