ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial at a special session of the Court starting at 10:00 a.m., on Monday, April 18, 2022, in Room 212, U.S. Custom House, 423 Canal Street, New Orleans, Louisiana 70130. It is further
ORDERED that the parties are directed on or before December 3, 2021, to file with the Court a joint written report including a proposed pretrial schedule. The date of trial will be set during the week of April 18, 2022.
