Appeal from Superior Court, City and County of San Francisco; Louis H. Ward, Judge.

Mandamus proceeding by William P. Drummey and others against the State Board of Funeral Directors and Embalmers and others. From orders with respect to their petitions for a writ of certiorari and writ of prohibition, the petitioners appeal, and, from a judgment ordering that a peremptory writ of mandamus issue, the respondents appeal.

Appeal of petitioners dismissed, and judgment ordering that writ of mandamus issue affirmed in part and reversed in part.
