Appeal from part of an order granting on reargument the motion of appellant Staikos to have an alleged former attorney superseded by a proposed new attorney and referring the matter to an Official Referee to hear and determine what terms, if any, should be imposed and what papers, if any, should be turned over to the substituted attorney. Appeal dismissed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. The order in so far as it directs a reference to an Official Referee to hear and determine is not appealable. ( Matter of Greenwald [ United Kitchen Equipment Co., Inc.], 248 App. Div. 904; Stock v. Mann, 233 App. Div. 18. ) Lazansky, P.J., Hagarty, Carswell, Adel and Taylor, JJ., concur.
