Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident allegedly resulting from a defective highway condition, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Litchfield and tried to a jury before Pickett, J.; verdict and judgment for the plaintiff, from which the defendant appealed to this court. No error.

Robert Nastri, Jr., filed a brief for the appellant (defendant).
