This case was on the March 21, 2022 St. Paul, Minnesota trial calendar, but looked like it was headed to settlement. Respondent then discovered that he had not sent any notice of deficiency to Mrs. Drimel. He has now moved to dismiss her from the case. The Drimels do not object, and it is

ORDERED that respondent's June 15, 2022 motion to dismiss petitioner Terri Drimel for lack of jurisdiction is granted. It is also

ORDERED that the caption of this case is changed to "George Gregory Drimel, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent." It is also

ORDERED that on or before September 8, 2022 the parties shall submit settlement documents or respondent shall file a status report to describe progress toward settlement or a narrowing of the issues to be tried.
