INJUNCTIONS, § 189 — showing of facts to justify injunction. On appeal from an order denying defendants' motion to vacate interlocutory order for the issuance of an injunction without notice and bond, the complaint did not allege sufficient facts justifying the finding and excusing notice and bond, and the order denying defendants' petition to vacate was reversed.
