Judgment of the County Court of Steuben county modified so as to modify the justice's judgment, so that it shall award to the plaintiff thirty dollars damages and costs of the action, with ten dollars costs and disbursements to the plaintiff in the County Court; and the judgment of the County Court, as so modified, is affirmed, without costs to either party in this court. All concurred.
