BRADLEY L. DRELL & CATHERINE C. DRELL, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On September 10, 2024, an Entry of Appearance by Moenika M. Coleman on behalf of respondent was electronically filed at Docket Index No. 8. However, it appears that the filing credentials of another attorney, Breyahna K. Williams, were erroneously used by respondent when filing that Entry of Appearance.

Also, on September 10, 2024, two Entries of Appearance by Aarti S. Balch on behalf of respondent were electronically filed at Docket Index Nos. 9 and 10. The Entry of Appearance at Docket Index No. 9 is missing a signature on the attached certificate of service.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Entry of Appearance filed at Docket Index No. 8 is deemed stricken from the Court's record. It is further

ORDERED that the Entry of Appearance filed at Docket Index No. 9 is deemed stricken from the Court's record.
