Dream Home Building Corporation v. Joyce

Supreme Court of Florida
Apr 9, 1969
221 So. 2d 134 (Fla. 1969)

Opinion

No. 38156.

April 9, 1969.

Writ of Certiorari to the Florida Industrial Commission.

Cornell Lanza, Miami, for petitioners.

Robert Golden, George Cheren, Theodore H. Engelhardt, Jr., Miami, Patrick H. Mears and J. Franklin Garner, Tallahassee, for respondents.

By petition for a writ of certiorari we have for review an order of the Florida Industrial Commission bearing date December 4, 1968.

We find that oral argument would serve no useful purpose and it is therefore dispensed with pursuant to Florida Appellate Rule 3.10, subd. e, 32 F.S.A.

Our consideration of the petition, the record and briefs leads us to conclude that there has been no deviation from the essential requirements of law.

The petition is therefore denied.

Attorneys for respondent, Joyce, are awarded a fee of $250.00 for services in this Court.

It is so ordered.

ERVIN, C., J., and ROBERTS, DREW, THORNAL and BOYD, JJ., concur.
