Appeal from that part of an order of Supreme Court, Monroe County (Galloway, J.), entered June 4, 2001, that denied that part of the cross motion of defendant SEC Enterprises, Inc., for common-law indemnification from defendant Linda K. Hardy, d/b/a Klassix of New York Beauty/Barber Salon.
