Where the record on appeal fails to disclose that notice of appeal was given and entered upon the minutes of the court below, Court of Criminal Appeals is without jurisdiction to determine the matters presented for review.
Appeal from County Court of Llano County. Hon. Wilburn Oatman, Jr., Special Judge.
Appeal from conviction for drunkenness in a public place; penalty, fine of $10.
Appeal dismissed.
