ORDER

On June 11, 2024, the Court received an error electronically serving the Court's Order on petitioner. On June 13, 2024, the Court attempted to serve the Court's Order by mail. The Order was returned unopened and the envelope was marked "Deceased Return to Sender".

On July 26, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report, in which he asserts that petitioner died on May 8, 2024.

Upon due consideration of respondent's status report, filed July 26, 2024, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 8, 2024, the parties shall file further status reports as to the then present status of this case.
