On June 11, 2024, the Court received an error electronically serving the Court's Order on petitioner. On June 13, 2024, the Court attempted to serve the Court's Order by mail. The Order was returned unopened and the envelope was marked "Deceased Return to Sender".

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 26, 2024, the parties shall confer as to the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before August 26, 2023, the parties shall file a status report, preferably a joint status report, with the Court concerning the then-present status of this case.
